Before you book your VIP Limousine, make sure to read through all of our terms and conditions as your deposit payment on a booking signifies acceptance of all our terms, conditions, and the general information contained herein.  If you have questions, please call 800.435.6556 or 814.765.8046.


A $200 deposit, per limousine, is required to guarantee the requested date and time.  This is a first-come, first-served policy. The deposit is required in addition to the rental charges, which are based on your estimated time involved.  The deposit will be returned to you less any:  a) cancellations fees; b) excess time or mileage charges; c) damage charges; or d) chauffeur's gratuity. Any paid but unused rental charges will also be returned to you.


Amenities and services provided include:  Color television; video cassette player; AM/FM stereo cassette player; dual climate control; privacy window and intercom; beverage bar and cooler; complimentary ice, cocktail glasses, and napkins.






Alcohol:  Any alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner.  Alcohol use is strictly prohibited in our vehicles by anyone under 21 years of age.


Drugs:  Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.


The person whose name appears on the contract is responsible for all persons in their party.


The chauffeur, in his or her discretion, may refuse to allow any person who is visibly under the influence of either drugs or alcohol to enter the vehicle. If any passengers violate this policy, as determined at the chauffeur's sole discretion, the trip will be immediately terminated and the appropriate legal authorities notified.  No refunds will be provided.


Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), or money order.  Payment in full is due at least 14 days prior to the service date.  No checks from out-of-state banks will be accepted.  Returned checks will incur a $40 service charge.  This policy will apply regardless of the reason of cancellation.  Cancellation fees apply whether or not a customer changes to or is rebooked on another date.


Cancellation/Refund Policy:

> Over 60 days in advance of service date:      100% refund

> 14 - 59 days in advance of service date:       50% refund

> 1 - 13 days in advance of service date:          No refund


Note: Cancellation fees apply only to the initial deposit fee. If you pay any portion of the rental fee before cancellation, the rental fee will be returned to you in full.


Damages:  The person whose name appears on the contract shall be held liable for any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by negligence on the part of the person or any person in their party.







In the event of unforeseen Acts of God and/or mechanical failure of the vehicle(s) that prevent Fullington VIP Limousine from fulfiling its part of the contract, we agree to provide alternative transportation.  Charges will be adjusted accordingly.  Fullington VIP Limousine will reimburse up to the total cost of the contracted rate, subject to our discretion.
