What type of vehicles are used for my transportation? 

14-passenger Ford Excursion Stretch SUV's, Mercedes Sprinter Limo, Trolleys, a 30-passenger Limousine Motorcoach and a 3-passenger Sedan.

 

How far in advance should I place my VIP Limousine reservation? 

Limousine availablity changes daily, and we suggest that you place your reservation as soon as you have a set date and time. We will make every attempt to accommodate last-minute reservations based on vehicle and chauffeur availability. 

 

How do I reserve a VIP Limousine? 

You can reserve a VIP Limousine by calling 814.765.8046 or 800.435.6556. A limousine contract will be sent to you to sign and return with a $200 required deposit within 14 days. For sedans, a $50 deposit is required to confirm the requested date and time. 

 

How do I pay for my limousine service? 

Payment may be made by cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), or money order. Payment in full is due at least 14 days prior to the service date. No checks from out-of-state banks will be accepted. Returned checks will incur a $40 service charge.   Effective August 1, 2006, any credit card transactions will be assessed an additional 3% fee.

 

Is gratuity included or should I tip my chauffeur? 

A fixed gratuity is added to the total cost of most limousine rentals. Tipping your chauffer beyond this amount is at your discretion based on the level of service. 

 

Is a VIP Limousine stocked with alcoholic beverages?

VIP Limousine does not provide alcoholic beverages or beverages of any type to our customers; however, we do stock our limousines with complimentary ice, cocktail glasses, and napkins.  Customers are permitted to bring their own beverages (regular or alcoholic).  However, consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors is not permitted under any circumstances in our vehicles.

 

Can decorations be placed on the vehicles?

Magnetic signs or decorations may be affixed to the vehicle; however, the use of any type of tape or adhesive material is prohibited. 

 

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Over 60 days in advance of service date:              100% refund

 

14 - 59 days in advance of service date:               50% refund

 

1 - 13 days in advance of service date:                 No refund

 

Note:  Cancellation fees apply only to the initial deposit fee.  If you pay any portion of the rental fee before cancellation, the rental fee will be returned to you in full.

 

 

NOTE:  FULLINGTON VIP LIMOUSINE HAS A "NO SMOKING" POLICY IN ALL VEHICLES.
